Leo was the best! We were on the phone for hours with customer service and then went to the store and got a better plan and walked out with all questions answered in 20 minutes!!! Antioch and 159th store - highly recommended!!

Chelsie is amazing! She was very professional and very knowledgeable, and has a great personality. She was very patient and able to make me feel comfortable using my new phone. I had tried to work with someone on chat to upgrade my phone a couple of months ago, complete disaster. Chelsie is one of the reasons Im staying with Verizon.

Stopped in to have Hark change some phoned around in mg account. He was assisting other customers along with me and made the whole process smooth and seamless! Highly recommend this location.

A couple weeks ago I purchased a new iPhone 15 promax from a Verizon store in Overland Park. A different one than the one that I am reviewing.) I didnt have time to finish transferring all of my data there, so the manager said that he would set it up and I could finish it at home. However, leaving the store the way that he left things, left both my old phone incapacitated and my new phone unable to be activated because I was in limbo because I was no longer in his Internet network. I was basically stranded without phone access for a few hours, and went to the nearest Verizon that I could get to for help, which was the one on 159th St. in Overland Park. The employees who work there, Chelsie and Leo, took care of me, even though I did not purchase my phone from them. They completely fixed what was wrong, which took about an hour and a half of their time. They completely went above and beyond and showed 3000 times more customer service than what I experienced at the other Verizon store . I cannot recommend the Verizon store on 159th St. enough and in particular Chelsie for her personal care of me.
