I want to give a huge shout out to Naomi and Sydney (I hope I spelled your names correctly) for helping me pick some incredible gifts for two employees of mine. Not only were they incredibly nice but they made sure to listen, answer, suggest, the whole nine yards in helping me. They are my favorite people to work with there now and I highly recommend them to those who stop in for a purchase or simply looking around!! If you both see this I just want to say thank you again for helping me. You both made my experience go above and beyond!!

Came in there on a Saturday to get purse cleaned. The task takes about 10mins. I wasn't expecting to get it cleaned right then, as I know and understand it is a holiday weekend and there were customers in the store. However, there 3 associates in the store. In addition, it is a mall, I was going to drop the purse off and return to pick it up when it was ready, but was turned down for service. The associate (black female with red glasses) came up to me. While reaching in my bag to pull out the purse, I explained I was wanting to thet the purse cleaned. She looked at me, while I was standing there holding the purse in my hand and stated, "so we are busy right now and won't be able to get to it, because it is a holiday weekend." I gracefully put the purse back into my Macy's bag and stated okay and walked away. She definitely could have been a bit more gracious about it instead of having me stand there looking foolish holding the purse in my hand. In addition, again, the task only a few mins and she was NOT alone in the store. I will not be returning to that store for a purchase or anything else going forward.
