        We were in town for the big 12 tournament and needed to be there early because we were part of their opening events for special Olympics and when we asked for an early check in so that we could freshen up before heading over then desk clerk was really rude and told us there is absolutely no early check ins for any reason. Then we got stuck in the elevator, which almost made us late to the tournament also and it scared my athletes terribly. There was also a leak in our room from the ceiling and when I let the staff know about it, they acted like it was no big deal. The room itself was ok. Not great but not terrible. The pool and hot tub were probably the best part of the hotel.

        Rooms were clean and plenty of room. We got extra towels when we asked for them and they have a strict quiet time from 10pm until 6 or 8am. Had no loud people in the halls at night. Was close to the venue we needed to be at. Nearby activities: Our Career Conference was only a 5-minute drive away. Very convenient.
