Overall great stay. Clean room, easy check in everything was perfect till breakfast time. Breakfast starts at 6am. I had a early meeting on this morning. Food was being prepared, the hot breakfast wasn't quite ready yet. I grabbed a cup of OJ and a muffin. The breakfast attendant was extremely rude and told me that the door wasn't open yet. I said I understand I was just grabbing a muffin for the road. He told me to not do that again. Way to aggressive mouthy and unprofessional for 5:30am in the morning. Take care of your customers no need to ruin a great stay with a attitude problem. All I wanted was a muffin.

Room we booked was supposed to have a pull out, it did not. By that time, we were unpacked and to tired to move or complain. The rooms are ok, nothing special. The location is ok, again, nothing special and we weren't going places really nearby so I didn't see what's really around here. Stayed here for the price and the location being close to activities in Overland and KC that we wanted to do. The staff was polite. Breakfast was really good, have waffle makers available and some other standard breakfast fare. Was pretty busy at breakfast and they ran out of multiple items that people were looking for (even ran out of eggs!). Would probably search around for a different place next time in town. Not assigning the proper room, running out of breakfast foods, and overall not exciting location.

Hampton never disappoints. We stay at the Hampton Inn whenever we can. Rooms: Very clean, spacious and quiet Food & drinks: Great breakfast 7 complementary bottles of water

Busy hotel this weekend with sports tournaments. I don't think they were prepared for the amount of people that would be at breakfast. By 830 there was no coffee and several breakfast items were depleted. Overall it's a nice place to stay. Rooms: Clean
