        I had the good fortune to be taken care of by Falon Peek. She was absolutely fantastic. I had a number of issues I needed to run by her that were pretty complicated. I was blown away by how attentive she was to what I was asking and how she identified the issues and people she needed to speak with in order to get the answers. Before the day was done, she had put it all together and articulated the solutions in a cogent, succinct, and professional manner. In a world where customer service seems to be disappearing, it was refreshing to find someone who cared about the quality of both the experience and the information she communicated. It was truly appreciated.
