As a first time home buyer I was super thankful to have worked with someone like Michelle! She is super professional and helped my family and I get into our home in less than 30days! Michelle truly went above and beyond for us! She Showed us a great selection of houses, was very timely with communication, and went out of her way to send me all the utility contact information that we would need! She truly listens to your wants and needs and does everything she can to make that happen! Thank you michelle!

MI Homes' hours say "Open 24 hours" and I don't doubt that for a second. We would get emails from her about listings long before sunrise & we were receiving responses to our texts or phone calls long after sunset. I am not exaggerating when I say as early as 5 a.m. and as late as 10 p.m. We have no idea when/if Michelle ever slept! The buying of our new home could not have gone more smoothly, I only wish we could say the same for the selling of our last house. The best way I can think to describe that nightmare is the movie "The Money Pit" but in reverse. Example: as we were coming down to within one week (7 DAYS) of closing, a hail storm hits. Roof is totaled, gutters/downspouts need replaced. At this point after months & months of problems, we were at our wit's end. We could not have told you which way was up. But Michelle (calm, cool & collected as always) recommends Manning Roofing and Solar. Those people were amazing! Michelle worked with them, the buyer's agent, their lending company, the title companies....I don't know who all, but when no clear consensus could be made, Michelle & Brian (from Manning) got together & got our roof, gutters & downspouts all replaced IN 6 DAYS!!! That is unheard of, especially since the location had been declared a disaster area. We went from your typical suburban home with a nice little yard to a rural home with a little acreage. She can find/sell any type of place you can imagine. We looked at places from southeast of the KC Metro area to northeast & northwest of KC. She drove all over, on Saturdays, on Sundays, it didn't matter. She made time for us! If she had to be out of town for a few days, she made sure one of her associates was there to put on the open house for us so there wouldn't be any missed opportunities of selling our house. Bad things happen when we least expect them & seemingly least need them, but the only good part of everything we went through is that Michelle made sure that we never felt like we were going through it ALONE! No matter the problem, small or large, short-term or long-term, Michelle had our backs & Michelle knew where to begin fixing the problems. I cannot recommend MI Homes strongly enough & I can promise you that if you encounter a problem she has never dealt with she'll have a good plan to start working past it.

Top notch professional in her field. Michelle worked diligently every step of the way to ensure all needs and questions were addressed. Her market knowledge proved invaluable in successfully finding a forever home. If you're looking for a realtor that truly is looking out for your best interest you won't find anyone better than Michelle.

Michelle was amazing throughout the whole process! She answered every single question I had (and I had a lot). She was super informative and knowledgeable and ensured that the home buying process went as smoothly as possible. She also had great recommendations for home inspectors and lenders. 11/10!
