All I can say is WOW! Best customer service Ive ever experienced and I have had many years experience in this field. Nathan Shepard was a dream to work with! He answered majority of my calls, and there were a lot, and was so quick to respond. He never seemed bothered to answer many of my questions and took the time to explain and communicate every step of the way! And to both parties at that! He was very understanding of our schedules and our communication styles. We had updates almost daily. Definitely would recommend working with Nathan to any and everybody! Im just floored by the level of service he provided to us during the home buying process. 100/10 and no thats not a typo!

Brent and Amy were amazing to work with! They kept us up to date about our loan and were always available to answer any questions we had. This was especially helpful since we were first time home buyers. We couldnt of had a better experience. Thank you guys!

Sorry to be the first bad review but this was a very frustrating process for us and then we get sold out once complete. We worked two loans simultaneously, a refinance and a purchase. We started with one primary contact (all of this done online), then we received a second one to start the refinance, then we got a third one to work the purchase. Between the two loan officers and our primary contact there was miscommunication, each loan officer using a completely different mobile app, and a lack of preliminary discussion on what to expect in the loan process, so we ended up with multiple unexpected surprises, usually costing us more upfront money. Then we end up with a fourth contact, the underwriter, and more surprises, with us getting "we didn't know about these changes" responses. Despite all of this I was not going to post a bad review. But that has all changed with both of our loans immediately getting sold to other companies, completely different companies, and all of this happening before we even get to our first payments. Now we have loans with company names like "PennyMac" and "Mr. Cooper" which sounds like a bad tv show.
