I have recently closed my home with Guardian Mortgage, it was an aggressive close, and they did it well within the time. I was working with one of their Lending officer from Kansas City, Mr. Dustin Lentz. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend his service to all. His thorough professionalism caught my positive attention about Mr. Lentz's service. He was great in keeping my wife and me in the loop and explained the details; he was available any time and any day of the week. It was a great learning experience for us, and Dustin showed us how to understand customer requirements and preferences well before executing. I received many bureaucratic email communication throughout the process, but Dustin shielded me from mindless transaction emails. His performance in achieving an On Time Above Customer Expectations - engagement is noteworthy. He ran against a demanding closing schedule and always remained in control with his professional and courteous approach. Lastly, he always had the humility to acknowledge Customers can do whatever they are comfortable with and kept us with him only by his sheer customer service mindset.
