First off I want to start off by saying, I was not prepared to purchase my first home and did it on a whim. Doug made the entire process so much easier. Our first contact was on a Sunday and he took the time, even while sick to get the ball rolling. His knowledge and calm demeanor made the process so much easier, even when we hit a few bumps. I never had to worry if my calls or texts would get answered. He was always prompt even if it was a weekend or after hours. He truly works for the buyer. I would not hesitate using him again or referring him to my friends and family. I am ready to close on my first home because of Doug and I am forever grateful! Five stars isn't enough for this rating.

Best lender you could work with! We're really grateful for Doug. We were nervous first-time homeowners with tons of questions and he answered our calls day and night to walk us through things. We went with Doug because he was compassionate, understanding, and honest. There's so much you don't know when you do this for the first time, and Doug always offered the best guidance. Glad we were able to work with him and highly recommend him if you need a lender!

Doug went above and beyond to help me through the process and what I found was a real friend. DOUBLE BONUS!!! He really was fantastic and someone I would want in a foxhole beside me. Really love what he is doing for veterans as well.
