I have not been involved in the purchase of a home for over 5 years, retirement was only a few short months away and I knew that it was time to move to Florida and to purchase my own place. I have known Dave for over 15 years and when I started thinking about the pre approval process, it was really a no brained to call Dave and get the process started. I am a truck delivery driver, I call myself, computer illiterate, and Dave took me under his wing and guided me through the whole buying process, step by step, long distance, Kansas to Florida. I have already told a young lady, first time buyer, about Dave, and I am extremely confident that he will take care of her just like he took care of me. Again, thanks Dave!!
