Amazing photo lady very sweet

I was very very disappointed in the service I received. The "photographer" I use that loosely wasn't prepared at all and super unprofessional. She didn't help set up any props instead showed my husband and I 3 rows of things that we could use to stage the photos. She did not engage my daughter at all. She didn't suggest positions or direct at all. Basically all she did was take photos. Her cell phone went off twice and she had to replace the batteries twice in the camera. She didn't take enough green screen photos and did a very poor job overall. I would not recommend this to anyone. The photos look terrible and will have to redo Easter pictures.

I absolutely love Miss Cory at this location! She's great with the kids and got great pictures of my sweet girl. She's also then very helpful with the parents walking them through picking which poses for print or choosing pictures to match the deal/coupon you bought. I've worked with other employees too though as we've exclusively gone to the Overland Park location for the last 6 years and we've always had a wonderful experience and beautiful pictures!

Always have a wonderful experience with the picture people, thanks for making such good memories for our family while we are here in Manhattan Kansas!! So worth the time and the effort for everyone!! Thanks for being open and thank you for making my son the star that he is.

I am very satisfied with the way my photos turned out! the store manager Kimberly Boustead was so polite and listened to exactly what I needed and was so patient with my special needs child. I will deffanatly be returning to this location. I highly recommend this establishment!!!
