        Surely had some difficulties with getting a response to start with but after finding out the property manager manages 3 properties by herself, I can understand why! Manager is really nice and understanding, helped us in any and every way she could to get us moved in which was fantastic! We hardly hear anything from our neighbors and only hear other dogs when were outside. Looks like a brand new playground. My only complaints would be residents not wanting to pickup after their dogs which the manager has been trying to resolve! We love the apartments already!

        These apartments are far from quiet. Kids screaming and loud music wake me up almost every day. It wouldn't be as bad if they had built the apartments with better material. They were built as cheap as possible. Rent goes up every year. I've been here 2 years and my rent has already gone up almost $100. This is after getting a notice that my rent would NOT go up for 3 years! It has gone up twice since getting the notice. Rent is low. But it is not worth even the low rent they charge!

      Dear Brandy:The rent increase is because the property was Section-42; the Section-42 expired, and the apartment went market rate two years ago. Premier assumed management of the building in 2017 and therefore did not build it. Your property manager has not had any complaints from you; if you would like to see something improved, the productive route is to contact your property manager so that she can attend to your concerns.
