        After years of having multiple policies with them and thousands of dollars paid on premiums, as soon as we file our first claim, our policy is canceled due to a billing snafu. No phone calls, questions, or concerns from the agency to remedy something that could have easily been taken care of. Just one matter-of-fact phone call to say its canceled. Rude, impersonal, and absolutely abhorrent service.
