I went there to get chickens and a guy stands at cashier desk and didn't find the four people waiting any assistance or wouldn't take the initiative to try to help. This Pittsburg store is a joke with customer service. Chanute and ft Scott stores are so much better with customer service. Maybe go there and learn from them

Went there this past may to buy guaranteed pullets And wound up with two roosters, Did not want roosters. Call them today and told me there was nothing. They can do that, sorry. We wound up with roosters even though I bought guaranteed pullets. Not very happy. Roosters are hard to get rid of which means I may have to shoot these 2 roosters.
