Do not use this bank for loans. Young lady I spoke to at Branch was kind, but they are unable to do anything over the phone. Their customer service call center is the absolute worst. Terrible customer service skills. Wont let you pay off a vehicle so they can continue to earn interest. Never had a company in my life it was so difficult to give money too. Borrowers beware!

12/08/2020:
The ATM just ate $110 of our deposit and we were told too bad, so sad basically. The rep told us to file a claim and we may get that money credited to our account in 5-7 business days. The ATM has a camera that shows my husband making the deposit, I do not know whats so hard about this. Worst bank ever.
