One: They don't hardly do anything on the phone, I can hardly get anyone on the phone. Two: Instead of having people come in and wait and not guaranteed a spot, they need to actually make appointments for SNAP. Some people won't have the time to be waiting the whole day to meet with the interviewers.

The people that work don't do their job they send your renewal applications late. And then you don't get your benefits on time and you are just out that month

I applied in October and have not received any help. After waiting on the phone for an hour the other day I was told sorry we cannot help you. That I needed to call before 12:30. They also told me I just need to go to the office in person. I don't drive and have no transportation. Why were they even answering the phone if they could not help??? Oh, and I have called Early morning just to wait on the phone for over an hour and get hung up on before I ever got to speak to anyone. Called back and would have had to wait even longer!
