Lowrie Heating & Air

I called Mr. Lowry in November to have an air condition unit installed and a heating unit replaced. He came to inspect my place in order to give me an estimate. He said he couldn’t work at my house for at least two weeks due to other projects. During the process he was very unresponsive and lacked efficiency. From the time I hired him he didn’t show up until three months later in February after the dead of winter had passed with no heat. He gave me a propane heater and told me it would be safe to use in my house without considering the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning and other risk. He brought his children to my house while he was working on the project and even had the audacity to scream and cuss at them while I was home. He also threw insulation scraps in my dogs pen. He showed up at my house one night at 5 p.m. and worked until midnight at one point and was not considerate of my work schedule. He also threatened to call the cops on me and treated me poorly because I mailed him a check instead of giving him the check face to face because I was scared to have him on my property after all of the harassment and disrespect. I will absolutely never be utilizing Lowrie Heating and Air services again and I highly do not recommend anyone else hiring Mr. Jared Lowrie. Completely rude and unprofessional!

The owner came to do the service. The response time was great, he fixed it and the price was affordable. I would definitely call again if I have any problems.

Don’t use him. Cost us 500 dollars and when we text him and told him it didn’t work. He call us back and threaten us and cuss us out. Very unprofessional manner
