Lisa was extremely valuable in helping my husband and me navigate the Medicare options. We had many questions which she answered clearly, and she never pushed us toward any particular plans. She was also great at following up with us when necessary. As a bonus she is very positive and pleasant. I would highly recommend Lisa as a person to help anyone wade through the Medicare process.
