Timothy was great to work with and meshed very well with us. His insight on how homes are built was extremely helpful to us. I have worked with Tim Kundiger over the past 5-7 years selling portions of our land in SE Kansas. This includes reviewing potential subdivision development and pertaining city regulations. Tim drafted various designs, and costs associated with developments along with making applications for flood plane and zoning changes. His professionalism and overall knowledge far exceeds just buying and selling a house.
