FedEx Ship Center

No one should have to stand at the counter for 30 minutes hollaring for someone to come scan in a package. I send a package once a month and its the same thing each time.

I was home all day and didn't receive my package that I paid extra for 2 day shipping. Tracking details said driver attempted to deliver. The driver completely straight out lied. I was home the whole day working in my shop in the driveway. Now I get to wait an additional 3 days for FedEx to retry delivery. Thank you Pittsburg Kansas.. This doesn't happen with UPS!

So our company is totally dependent upon FedEx for shipping our medical equipment back and forth to each other for scheduled appointments. I scrambled around and had two patients to work on, the second one in Pittsburg, Kansas and I got done in time to get over to FedEx to ship off my equipment and they had changed their hours from 3:00 p.m. back to 1:00 p.m. p.m. for closing for expedited shipping services. So I had to get back into my vehicle after already having a fairly long day and make a trip to Joplin to get there just a few minutes before they closed. And every time I go into the Pittsburg location, they never have the boxes I need, they hardly have any boxes for that matter. Our company uses a specific size of box and the guy at the counter has told me he has sent emails two or three times to have these ordered in and apparently no one is ordering anything for him. And this isn't just for the specific size our company needs, but even regular boxes like you normally see in the entryway in a FedEx, They just barely have three or four options. This is ridiculous to be a full service FedEx shipping center and you can't even get supplies and now they're not even open as long as they started out to be.

I went down to ship equipment back to my company and they said they can't do it they have no boxes, I think the guy was just stoned and lazy and didn't want to do his job, the location in Joplin was very nice and helpful though
