Put in application for one time assistance. They ask alot of personal information such as a copy of social security number copy of driver's license like getting a loan at a bank . After sending all that no response! Call Mandy to check on status she gets kinda nasty .No response ever again . I hope and pray the current pope turns the catholic church around for the better . If you didn't want to help me just say so literally the first time I've asked anyone for help and will be my last

First experience was amazing with Mindy. She helped me within minutes and took care of business. Second experience. Last Thursday M was not available. The elderly lady that tried to help me was EXTREMELY RUDE. She told me to call for meeting. So I called, left voicemail, sent email. Also called the next three business days cause I didn't get a response. I finally went today Monday and M was EXTREMELY RUDE. I went for help and told me that have to figure it out. I can tell they don't actually care about people. If you have to go to this please please be aware and don't expect much. I'm obviously NEVER going back and ask for help there. Have a wonderful day.
