One of the best places for fishing all year. If your able to bear the walk in winter months, bluegill are always plenty. Bass are seasonal really, but I enjoy fishing here whenever gas and time permits!

Was there Friday October 6. Planning to camp and kayak, but all the gates were closed and locked up. Went to 5 different locations and they were all the same. The places were all trashed.

Disappointed. Now there are squatters that had taken over complete parts of the park. You cannot go down the roads that they are on. You cannot take a boat back there. At least two different groups of squatters in two areas today. I still wanted to go fishing. But I'm not going to put up with there shenanigans
