Be aware when you go to blue beacon truck wash in pontoon Beach,IL or any Blue Beacon truck wash be sure you watch then how they wash your truck, this was occurred on April 22, and we have to replace the grill trim it cost $1700 and Blue Beacon finally get back with us after Three weeks, they saying they are not paying for the parts because they didn't do anything wrong as you can see in the picture they damaged our Grill Trim by getting to close with the Power washer!!! Blue Beacon I can't believe this is how you treat your customer by not paying the damage caused by your incompetent people!

I like the Baytown location. Very good service. But when will you put a location in Alabama? You are missing out on money.

Once again I tried the one in Houston and once again the worst. I waited for an hour earlier which is not to bad at this location. They took longer to take my money than wash my truck or should I say attempt to wash it. I am now back in line which of course is twice as long. Very unhappy at this point. I guess it doesn't matter to any one in the fancy corporate office but I would not be proud of a 2.5 rating. Which only proves you only care about the money.

Blue beacon is getting worse and worse employees are so lazy you show up they got only one person washing they spend 5 mins and tell you there done. Complete garbage job

Absolutely Horrible Anymore, and No respect for the Truck Driver at all. Fernely NV is by far the worst one yet!!!
