We didn't have a great experience at the hotel. We've stayed here before and this time the service and amenities were awful. We stayed 6 nights and had the room cleaned the first day, our trash wasn't picked up and had to go ask for toiletries and toilet paper throughout the week. Our keys would stop working every night, very annoying that we had to go to the front desk to reset. We used the pool once and it's either not heated or it was broken because it was freezing. It's an indoor pool. The only reason we stayed here is because we had the family suite which gave us a lot of room. But we think the AC had mold in it, disgusting.

We called to see if there was a pool and a hot tub before booking. Their pool was small but manageable, not to mention freezing. Apparently the heater broke the night before. The maint guy did try to come fix the wall heater part of it. The hot tub was hilarious. Decent sized with plenty of seating for 4-6 adults. The jets didnt work at all. It was literally like sitting in a hot bathtub. White fluffly powder looking things started floating around when someone tried to turn on the jets. There is a pvc pipe tube of a sort located in the front of the bottom step. Look out, it will try to suck in all body parts it comes in contact with. The littlw girl that stumbled upon it decided getting eaten by the hot tub wasn't vool and got out. She bled. I am sure so did the next 3 after they were warned because they didn't stay long at all. It was not good. The bed was nice though in the room! Food & drinks: Lots of food located near by. Tusvons, Olive Garden, Arbys, Applebees, Red Lobster, Five Guys, Diamaru, and a couple others. Close to Walmart and a Kwik Shop as well.
