I appreciate the prompt response and installation services provided by Comfort Heating and Air. However, I regret to mention that there was a discrepancy regarding the inclusion of a fresh air pipe, which was initially promised during the pre-installation consultation. Regrettably, this aspect was not fulfilled as expected. It was disheartening to experience the inconvenience of having to proactively reach out and follow up, only to sense a lack of enthusiasm on their end. As a result, I have decided to address the matter independently and complete the remaining tasks myself.

I have a home warranty company,but with it being 30 below outside and 57 in the house,I was forced to call Comfort Care and Im so glad I did...30 mins after I called on a Sunday,Katrina showed up to check our furnace.We had unfortunate news that the furnace needed replacement..the next morning I received a call from Lauren that Nick would call me and come out to give me the cost of the job,which I was pleasantly surprised,was much less than the estimate I received on Sunday.Next thing I know we are having our furnace installed this very minute!!During the coldest year that I can remember,Comfort care was there for us when our own Home Warranty company couldnt get anyone out to our house for at least 48 hrs,and very likely not even then..Ive used Comfort care before,and I highly recommend them..Their customer care is fantastic,they dont leave you waiting all day....they are here on time,and are very friendly and sweet..I also needed help with something that Lauren did for me,Thankyou Lauren...Id like to say thankyou to the entire crew,we have our furnace in, in less than 24 hours,Outstanding serviice all the way around..Will absolutely recommend them,and they deserve 5 stars,which I will gladly give them.Thanks again Comfort care!!
