I have worked with this Company for a small amount of time, a little under a year. I will say in that time I have learned more and improved myself for the better in such a small amount of time. This is thanks to Alex Disberger my boss and owner of ARD Mowing LLC. Before I started I told Alex I wanted to become a harder worker, build my work ethic and most importantly learn. He took that to heart and gave me exactly what I asked for. Working for this company you will not be chewed out for making mistakes no matter how severe. I have made plenty of mistakes some bad some not so bad, and throughout the course of those every single time I have not been condemned or lashed out at. It was handled super professionally allowing a friendly and fun work environment, which I greatly appreciate. Outside of just work as well Alex Disberger (Owner of ARD Mowing LLC) takes the time to speak to his employees, get to know them, invite them over to his home, and just be a friend. I believe these are things that will carry into the future for me personally and for the company. I truly value this company and have a great deal of respect for anyone in the lawn care industry and most importantly Alex Disberger.

I would definitely recommend ARD Mowing. They are professional and easy to communicate with. Some weeks I would need to have part of my lawn caught and they always got it right. Services: Mulching, Lawn mowing & maintenance
