I took them 4 push mowers to fix. They told me that one of them would cost nearly $700 to repair. I declined the service on that mower, but had them repair the rest. When I got my bill, they charged me $60 for the mower I declined service on. I went in to to the store to ask them about this, and they refused to drop the charges, claiming it was billable time for them to tell me how much the repair was going to cost. In my business, if I do not perform a service, I do not charge. I would suggest understanding the cost of your repair before agreeing to let me have your mower. They do good work, but having issues like this is just not worth it.
