Absolutely hate whenever I order something and it says it's going through FedEx Salina. I've had a five piece set of patio furniture only have two of five boxes delivered yet the driver selected all packages delivered so that was a pain. I've literally sat on my porch all afternoon for the driver to show up before and see in real time where the driver stated driveway was blocked or something similar so they couldn't deliver. All while I've been sitting there and not once saw a FedEx vehicle. I've had them toss packages into my yard a few times. Today I'm on day three of them "attempting" to deliver a perishable package. Kind of weird how it was posted last night that "business was closed" and then 5 minutes later it was back at the FedEx office. I'm a house not a business and live 40 minutes from Salina so your math isn't mathing. On the days that FedEx actually does drive to my little community the drivers don't care that it's a 30mph zone and routinely just blow through continuing at previous highway speed of 55-65, hell they even hit and killed a goat of mine one time, kept on driving. You're doing great work FedEx, great work.

drivers incompetent and can't follow simple instructions... customer service can't seem to do anything but tell you the same thing over and over again... oh well call my distributor and switch to ups I suppose

Will never deal with fedex again. Package sent to salina instead of manhattan, which is way closer and would have been delivered on time. Package has been delayed twice now because of this place having some internal problems. Suppose to be delivered tomorrow now but will probably be delayed again for another stupid reason! NEVER AGAIN! Wow did I call it....delayed again because they suck at delivery. Blamed the weather again which was actually better today wasnt delayed to weather...delayed because they are lazy and Im an hour and half away....try sending it to the one thats 20 miles away from my house next time you lazy a$$es...DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE A$$HATS! Would give 1/4 star if possible!
