The Oasis Apartments

I have never felt more at home than I do in these apartments. I feel the manager goes to Great lakes to make sure we have a safe and clean environment. I like the smaller apartment complex feel as I think people look out for one another a little more. So happy to be here!

I placed maintenance work order 11/28/2023 faucet dripping a lot of water going to waste additional to water bills promises by the new manager is easy said than done.

I toured with Daniel last week and he was truly a gem! He is in the right profession for his personality! If you are on the hunt for a new place in Shawnee ,Oasis is the place!

Lived here for 3 years, no real issues. The Property Manager is responsive and helpful.

I moved in May of 2023 and my apartment was dirty even though they said it was just cleaned. I had to push back the time I moved in because it was dirty. There was paint water in my bathtub that was stuck. Once it was drained 24 hours later I had to clean it. My dishwasher was also filled with dirty water and broken. I was also not supplied with burner pans for 4 days and was not informed I had to have them. I moved out in August of 2023 and still have not received my security deposit. They have now promised me twice that they have sent it but were not able to provide me with a tracking number or anything. I have called them 30+ times and they have not answered a single time. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied that I have not yet been given my security deposit 6 months later.
