Bonavia at Veterans Park

We recently toured and absolutely loved it. We didnt know exactly which area of KC we wanted but really liked Shawnee and loved the Bonavia. Management answered all of my questions thoroughly and very professional!

I visited the property in February, Andrew and Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Application process was easy and we are now very happy residents of Bonavia. Monthly events, and staff that cares makes all the difference. The facilities are new and very nice as well. Thanks!!

My husband and i moved in 1st day available and never looked back. Love it here. Roomy, clean and comfortable. (And i am in wheelchair) office is friendlt, maintenance is great and we have made new friends withthin complex. Enjoy the activites as well

I just moved in this week. I searched and visited several apartment complexes in the KC area. This was by far the best. Very roomy apartments for the price. Nice amenities. I cant wait until the pool opens for summer! The management is very friendly. Andrew and Kasey were very nice and have made the move in flawless. Everything I have asked for was done promptly. This apartment complex is QUIET unlike many where you constantly hear sirens and car noise on the city streets. The residents here have been nothing but warm and welcoming. Ive only been here a week but so far I have no complaints. I would recommend to do your research when choosing a new place to live. Including speaking with some of the residents. It pays off. I hope to be staying here for a while!
