        The experience is fine when going in person. On the other hand, the phone immediately goes to voicemail. Called twice in a day, never got a call back after leaving a voicemail.

        I really do not recommend banking here! Lots of fees!!! They used to be fine and reasonable! Now they take way longer to update transactions and to let you have access to your money. I deposited money Saturday and am still waiting Monday night to even access the money which made my account negative and resulted in fees. Also with the app they sometimes have your balances wrong which can result in overdrawing your account. This all just started the past 2 years and ive had an account with them for 10 years! The people who work at the bank are great its just corporate greed.
