We've used Lutz for years. I always feel confident that they can find and fix the problem. Hunter did a great job locating the source of the leak in our bathroom. It was in the wall. He took a small piece of wall out and replaced the pipe. When he was done he made sure everything worked like it was supposed to. He cleaned everything up. The fee was well under what I thought it would be. Lutz always does their best for us.

Called Lutz for afterhours emergency service Saturday evening before Easter, got a call back from a Tech within 30 minutes and was onsite in an hour. Noah was excellent, very professional and cleared the problem with our main drain. Pricing was fair and service was excellent - would not hesitate to call them again.

THESE are the guys! A couple days ago, I'm eating breakfast in MCDONALD'S parking lot (Independence, across from Walmart). Their truck pulls up two feet from my vehicle, guy gets out and knocks my side mirror in... while I'm there IN the vehicle. Keeps walking. The pic (I sent to Lutz) clearly shows there was another space there (left) But they choose to park (center)next to me, who was parked far rt (of the three space) at the time, when the slim guy (reddish beard) knocked my MIRROR in. Q. Are they just as THOUGHTLESS and INCONSIDERATE while working on a customer's Plumbing???

Hunter, from Lutz, and his assistant, did an excellent job of repairing our line today. Professional, courteous, and clean-up was great. We have had Hunter service our home plumbing before and he always does a great job.

Lutz has been the family go-to for years. My parents have several rental properties and have trusted Lutz on all of them. My recent experience was outstanding. Willis installed two new toilets and fixed a shower this week. I mentioned that my kitchen sink faucet needed work and he said hed look at it, and without charge he fixed it completely. Could not recommend Lutz any higher!
