Get there to purchase gas. No one is behind the counter. It is the middle of the day. Someone comes from the kitchen to restock hot food, doesnt say anything to the line of people or get a cashier. A customer had to go searching for cashiers. 3 managers came out the back and didnt even apologize for leaving a line of 10 unattended. Several customers just left and I would have had I not needed gas. This isnt the first time this has happened. Since changing to Loves, the quality of service has collapsed.

2 stars only because you need to train your workers to change gloves after touching counters,money and other things. NASTY

Construction completed. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. No showers. Very spacious Loves Travel Plaza. New McDonald's appears to be a driver's lounge, comfortable seats. TV. Even has a separate glass room for parties. Displayed posters, in memory of the killed troopers while in their line of duty, is a real reminder of how dangerous their job was and is. All life is precious and is a gift from God!

Was a lot better pre-loves purchase Now, staff in loves extremely rude, lady decided perfect time to clean when the place gets slammed with people Manger was extremely rude
