Michael bid a job for our church to replace our HVAC system. Even with two weeks advanced scheduling, Michael showed up not knowing which unit we approved from his bid, then gave a "sob story" of having to drive to Omaha to get it. (because he didn't know what we wanted). His estimated 2 day job turned into 5 days, still incomplete. Scheduling daily, Mike said he would start between 9-10 am, but did not show up as promised. After 5 days of excuses and changing stories and reasons, I am now forced to hire a different company to clean up the mess Michael left. Service: Heating system installation

During this most recent heat wave, my A/C gave out. Jim and his crew responded with an urgency to assess the problem. While waiting for approval on their bid from my renter, Jim called me to make sure we were ok and helped speed up the process. Once they were officially on the job, I was contacted immediately and was walked through the scheduled time and processes needed to fix my A/C. Not only did they preform their job effectively, they went above and beyond to make sure we were safe. I can not thank Jims heating and cooling enough for their help. I will be using them from now on and recommend that anyone contact these guys for any HVAC troubles.
