Camelot Village

These apartments are terrible. They do not keep up on the lawn care or any repairs. The grass in some spots come up to my waist. My basement floods at least once a week. Would not recommend renting a place from the current owner.

DONT move in!!! They're absolutely horrible management and staff!! my refrigerator hasn't work properly since the day I moved in. I have cancer and just got home from a major surgery and need my fridge to keep my food cold and my medicine cold and due to me being in the hospital I wasnt able to pay this months rent yet. But it is going to be paid. Tammy the manager is AWFUL!!! They don't want to fix my fridge until my rent is paid and also told me they filed to have me kicked out. I understand rent needs to be paid but I also understand having a heart!! I wouldn't recomm this place at all. They don't fix anything!!!

For the price these Townhomes are great, The management and staff are amazing, The 24 hour on call maint. and security are an added bonus. You join a community of tenants that has lived her 10+ years.

in my opinion these Townhouse's are not even worth the rent. there old and very outdated wish I new then what i was getting my self into my are air has been out for two days we need a whole new a.c unite which they say can take a week to get in. it's to hot out are basement floods badly every time it rains are electric bill is always high there window's are not energy efficient they just need to rebuild all of these TOWN homes they won't let us out of are lease my husband and daughters have a serve medical problems where they both can't be in extreme hot conditions this is just the WORST place ever
