        Poor management from Brenda she's hardly ever in office. I believe she price gouging. Apartment complex isn't what they make them seem poor Maintenance team. I haven't resided here a month yet and already my place flooded out problem still not taken care of . Along with other issues had to file a 14-30 compliance code. Brenda refused to give back my deposit upon my refusal of apartment. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy this apartment complex.

        Property manager will not give you back your deposit that's when you don't even move in or sign a lease won't fix anything but will acknowledge had to go over property manager head to get what I need done an move into better place an get deposit back . Also wanna tac on extra prices of things.

        This is an awesome place to live and this manager does not try to shame or harass you. She cleaned up the grounds when she took over and made this a safe place to live. I am now moving back to this complex because of honesty and integrity
