        Public Service Announcement..... I have a brand new 2023 Toyota GR86 that incurred damage to 3 of my 4 wheels while going through the Club Car wash in Topeka, Kansas. The claims agent finally called me back last night and stated they reviewed the videos and the damage didn't occur while using the car wash. She stated the pics from the prior visit (3 days before) showed the damage, but refused to go back to any prior visits. It is blatantly obvious it did occur while going through the car wash. If I failed in anyway it's because I didn't inspect my car after each wash. So warning to all, if you do not inspect your car after each wash they will not stand behind the damage that occurs while using their car wash. I have been a member since October 2023 and probably would have been a member for years to come, but will now take my business elsewhere.
