We contacted Kansas Carpet Care to clean carpets as part of an estate clean up. Tom came out immediately and gave us an estimate and thorough explanation of the process and options. The price was very reasonable. Laurie scheduled the cleaning very promptly and followed up to confirm when they would be showing up, Their cleaning van showed on time as promised and Brent did the job very thoroughly. We were very pleased with the results. When I die I will leave instructions that my family use Kansas Carpet Care :)

We had Kansas Carpet Care several years ago for water damage to a relatives home. They were very helpful and their work was exceptional. When we recently got water in our basement, we called this company again. Five inches of water in the mostly finished basement isnt what we had on the calendar this year. Kansas Carpet Care was here within 2 hours and had the water cleared and fans and dehumidifiers in place in under 2 hours. They cut up the old carpet and pad and hauled them up the stairs and disposed of it all. From the first phone call, the staff was supportive and courteous. The fans and dehumidifiers were left to run several days to insure the moisture was gone. I would rate this company a 5/5 for their wonderful considerate service.
