Had the worse experience with this place. My unit got broken in after 2 weeks, they blamed me because I didn't bought a lock from them. Then even if I didn't press charges they kept stalking me every day with multiple phon calls and texts, wanted my address and other information that they had anyway at registration. Now I can't use my code to get in my rented unit because they deactivated it even if I'm still in my first month that's paid in full. Beware of this place, it's not safe, they don't have a proper video CCTV in place to see who broke in. Also I paid $150 for their small storage unit after all the service fees and 2 locks. That's almost double the advertised price.
