        I was disgusted by the fact my family member went into this shop with zero knowledge of computers and was upcharged 400$ the worth of a computer and was given fees that can be handle with a simple app drivers failing yet it took me 20 minutes too fix them. I do not recommend this shop

        The owner was very helpful but not honest. He sold me an Intel i3 12th gen CPU for 195.00 which was 95.00 over the current retail price. I could have bought an i5 12th gen for 200.00. He insisted it was a great deal but Walmart and Best Buy both have the i3 for 90.00. Integrity is lost on this owner. He's greedy and cannot be trusted.

        The people are very courteous and, while small, the store is clean. Like most repair places, neat is very hard to maintain during work hours. Only a three star as I was dropping off my computer for diagnosis. Will revise once I receive my computer after it's repair.

      we never charge $400 for services and we stand behind our work so if they had any problems we didnt fix, we would have covered it, if this was even a real transaction. feel free to leave us the invoice number on your 1 star review so we can verify if we even did anything for your family member. we rely on word of mouth as a small business so we most certainly treat people fairly and our prices on service as some of the best professional services in town.

      we are not a box store so our prices wont be newegg. Would appreciate not leaving a 1 star review just because of our pricing. This is what kills small businesses. Sorry we couldnt meet YOUR expectations.

      As much as we would like to compete with large retail box stores and online stores such as newegg and the likes, we cant sell our product for $10-$15 over our cost. We also support the product we sell and handle RMA process and shipping or install problems when it is purchased locally. A majority of customers will price check before purchase and we totally understand that. The price was on the item so we were not dishonest. And our product was in stock and available that day, without needing to wait for shipping from a box or online retailer. We are sorry you feel that way and hope you the best in your future purchases. Box stores and local small businesses just are not the same.
