        I hired them to inspect a skid loader located down the street from them before I bought it since I'm from out of state. I gave them the phone number to call the guy before going over there, so he'd be there to meet him. Instead, they went there anyway without calling him and of course he's not there...they should have called him like I instructed them to do so. Then they gave me some weak excuse that they did call him...this was after they arrived. They should have called him in advance like I instructed them. Then they refused to go back for 3-4 weeks. This left me in a real bind and I ended up hiring another company to do the job.
