So thankful the trash truck takes my junk. I've set pieces of furniture out, heavy items, and they toss it right in the compactor. My little kids are big fans as well.

The new crews are useless. Won't pick up anything outside of a tote! Find another company and save yourself money and trouble!

Extremely unreliable. They tend to either not show up or pass by late in the evening, long after you've given up and brought your cans back to the house

I guess it's payback time for complaining. They put everybody's empty cans in their yard except mine they left it in the street with the lid open while it's raining .

Won't take my trash because it is over 65lbs. Might be 100 pounds but a little girl rolled it down there. They have a hydraulic lift these days. In my day I lifted most the trash in by hand in plastic bags. The indavidual trash barrels were lifted by hand by us and repeated hundreds of times a day. Many homes put trash in steel barrels and the barrel it's self is over 65lbs and we lifted them. The bins they send have to be 30lbs dry weight. Is that weight included because it rained, cover blew off, and filled with some water adding maybe 20lbs. The generation of soft trash haulers have it eazy. The cost keeps going up and the service decreases. The trash mountian they are building a long time ago exceeded regional hills and the soft government isn't forcing them to move over. Definate violations at hand here. Building a mountian is not what the community agreed to.
