This place is ridiculous and the front desk staff are very unpleasant and unprotected having to schedule the same appointment 3x once because they didn't give themselves enough time to do the work that they scheduled

Scheduled appointment and they cancelled it saying the appointment was not confirmed. They never tried. They cancelled it 3-5 days before the appointment. I rescheduled. My kids got sick and could not be seen. I called to reschedule and they said they did not have them on the schedule. So again set up a new appointment, only to have them cancel again by text. When I called they set me up for the same day of cancelled appintment about 30 minutes earlier than previous time.They then told me to hang up and call right back to confirm. Talk about ridiculous. I told them forget it, I'll be finding somewhere else.

They refused to see a child because the SINGLE mom had her other 2 children with her and she had no one to watch them. That's absurd and unacceptable.Not all parents have that option. So if you feel like being shamed for trying to be a good parent and making sure your kids needs are taken care of this is the place for you.

Every one is so nice and work as quick as possible the the nurses are so calm and patient and take really good care of your children not only their teeth but helping to calm them down when they are nervous or hurting from the numbing injection
