Horrible place for true victims between the drugs that get brought in a people stealing ,threatening harm to other victims and verbally mentally physically assaulting others and staff let them stay some they exit but lately it's taken a dark turn oct4th 2023 I made 3 different reports due to a lady walked up to me threatened to stab etc spit in my face and when and sat back down I had to go outside to calm down because staff clam it would be 45 minutes before they got her but 6 minutes later after me and my roomies went to our room to calm down staff calm they didn't want me to leave because it cold I rather leave then keep being assault and verbally mentally physically emotionally abusive and staff doesn't do anything I've made 3 reports to governor I even went on to sharing my thoughts about this shelter with a few others to seek help for this place that women and children come to supposed to feel safe but you won't feel safe here I do not recommend anyone who truly needs help in a domestic violence situation to come here sad and some not all staff very few staff members who have a heart and try doing the right thing and majority don't care about your safety let alone the way this is being ran that's just a little of who I reached out to and I sent the audio of all the threats and verbal mental emotional physical abuse. Sense staff or wannabe Advocates didn't care staff/Advocates after a couple hours after the incident but said their will be 2 staff all the time from now on they lying don't put your life in this place you will regret it
