I came in and ordered a pair of sunglasses at the end of December along with the rest of my family. They all received there within two weeks and finally at the beginning of February I went in and they said the warehouse is no longer making those frames and they just never bothered to inform me of that. I live in Lawrence so I make the drive to Topeka and pick out a new frame. The attendant "completes" the paperwork and tells me I am good to go and should receive them in a week. I receive several phone calls about how I have to pay the difference between the frames (which they should've just told me while I was in town, that was ridiculous) and I said I would. A week goes by and I finally get a call that my glasses are ready. I make my way to Topeka and imagine my surprise when the sunglasses she brings out are the ones that were "no longer being produced". Turns out, they never sent in the order for my new frames despite blowing up my phone while I was in class about them. In the end, they waived the price difference and have placed an order for the frames I really wanted. The lack of professionalism and transparency left a really bad taste in my mouth and once I get this new pair (probably won't be for another 3 months like the other) I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very shook how comfortable and how great the staff and optometrist were with my kids. Definitely would recommend. They do have a good selection of glasses as well.
