I filled out my application in a couple months ago my number on the waitlist jumped drastically in the first two days but hasn't changed at all since I have called every extension on the phone number and I have received voicemails every single time I'm pretty confused on what the employees are doing if the app isn't being updated numbers aren't moving phones aren't being answered voicemails aren't being returned emails are only being returned with the exact same email how am I supposed to get any of my questions answered if nobody is willing to do their job

They don't answer or return calls. I've yet to speak with anyone which makes it difficult to port in soI can find a place to live. It's frustrating.

This place is unfair and needs a new CEO to run it the way it should be ran. I will never understand these people at all. I had two emergency housing vouchers still homeless due to outdated paper work. The communication from the CEO and the Vice President are very poor. At this rate homelessness with last as long as they keep getting the funds to house us. But they seem to be doing pretty good in their life they have brand new cars and homes that are healthy, safe and secure it's like why worry about the homeless they got what they need transportation food and shelter on us though how fair is that. They have allot to work on within this broken system also.
