We had a small bathroom remodeled upstairs. We bought our tub and they were to handle the rest. The estimate was a little high but we continued thinking we had the best company. We were wrong! After them working for several days they called saying It was going to be $7,200 instead of $5,200. My mother in law overheard and knew we were upset so she took the phone and paid the rest just to keep everyone happy. Then we got the call it was done we were excited to move in our new place! We went directly to see...We walked in there was trash everywhere..in livingroom, kitchen, in the sink and the bathroom (packaging and strips off back of linoleum ..just construction mess) That should have been picked up. There was no new toilet old one still there... same sink, the tub we bought , cheap wall covering in shower, linoleum curled up not laid completely a gap wood and crack showing edge if tub , nothing caulked or anything, gaps everywhere... Was nowhere near even $5,000 job . I immediately called . They told me it wasn't McElroy's fault. They had leased out the job so was not in their control. Nothing could be done. I told them it was their responsibility! I hired McElroys! If they leased out the job they had to cover it. They stopped taking my calls. My husband died and I gave up. sighs... Yes this was in 2012 ... so what? You admit to leasing out my job! You only are saying you don't do it anymore! But you did it then!! And I get no refund or compensation even though I paid for the majority and it is my bathroom and my mother in law's name is only on the job because she set it up. Shes passed away too I'm the only one left and the floor is leaking and mold in cracks where no caulking was put for the 7,200 dollar job. smh... sad!

I needed my old HVAC system replaced and Haig came out to gave me several options and prices. Once we decided on the system the crew came out and installed it all in one day. They cleaned up and left nothing but a fantastic heat pump and furnace. Haig was very responsive to all my questions. I highly recommend McElroy's for your HVAC needs. I am confident I have a great system that will last a very long time

I have had very good experience with McElroy's for the past 30-40 years. Probably not the cheapest, but always responsive, day or night, and technicians are knowledgeable and well-trained and have excellent "people skills".
