        Poor customer service. We have been getting the complete runaround from Kays. We sent my ring off after needing a different size on 12/26/23. It was supposed to come back in on 1/12/24. We tried chatting with customer service rep on their site and they couldnt find any information. We got a call yesterday that I wouldnt be in on time and that the new estimated date is 1/16-1/17. When we asked about a refund they said we would have to wait until it shows up and then go through corporate since we paid cash. When we look up our service number on the site it says it doesnt exist. The customer service number keeps disconnecting. Seems very unprofessional and I will not be back after how we have been treated.
