I reached out to 5 different places and Ed was the only one to respond to my request. I just bought this property and it had been neglected a bit. Was looking for Spring cleaning; lots of weeds, debris all around, limbs.... Ed was quick to email and text. I sent him photos of what my yards looked like and he got me an estimate very quickly. I felt that for all he did and what I was charged was affordable and reasonable. People that complain about the cost of services really do not understand the amount of work involved in lawn care. He was so nice and addressed all my concerns and things I wanted done. In the past I have contacted people for similar work and they never show up or call. He was there before I knew it. Thanks Ed! We started using Topeka's Affordable Lawn Care last year. I did not want to leave a review until I seen how the local company performed. I hired them for the 6 proprieties I have in town. I would like to say this company in on it! I hired them for lawn care and snow removal and have not been disappointed and you will not be either. I hired other companies, I had to call all the time to see if they are coming out to to service my properties. Ed is very knowable and his price is fair, and the customer service is the best. I would say most better then the bigger companies in town. Very professional company, I am very happy with Topeka's Affordable Lawn Care LLC. Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

I needed some buried concrete removed and the area leveled out to the rest of my yard. I called 2 places to get bids in addition to TALC. TALC was by far the most affordable. When Ed came out to look at the problem area, he was friendly and listened to all of my concerns. Ed promptly emailed me the estimate that I accepted, and work began in a week. Ed, and his crew were friendly, thorough, and did a perfect job. I will recommend TALC to everyone hat needs any lawn care services. Thank you Ed and TALC. Service: Yard work
