Its therapy on several levels that takes into account many aspects of your health. Tammi takes the time to consult with you at the beginning of your session to find out whats going on with you. For me, it's different each time; sometimes its stress that is a major factor, other times its muscle soreness from exercise. Tammi is able to employ a number of techniques depending on your need. Massage, Cranioscaral Therapy and visceral manipulation are some examples of services that have helped me. Plus, Tammi is just a very serene and caring person. Definitely the best and most effective massage therapist Ive had. 5 stars!

Tammy was great! She listened to my concerns and was intuitive about what my body needed as well. A much needed relaxing experience. I also recommend the craniosacral therapy for everyone now. It provided relaxation from head to toe with the sensation of cool gel running through all of your blood vessels at once. Amazing experience.
